Both HOA2 and CPN2 off Monarch will be used this year for practices.  Special thanks to Crocs families who volunteered to help coordinate these arrangements.  Please note we have made time changes for the 8 & under groups only... there will be a 7:20 and 9:00 a.m. at HOA2 and a 7:00 and 7:40 at CPN2.  All older kids (9 & up) will either be at 7 or 8 a.m. at HOA2.  We tried to accommodate everyone's first choice, but realize there may still be conflict.  If you have an issue, please email Kathleen to see if we can find a solution.  Much thought went into scheduling, factoring in:

Practices will be held Monday through Friday. It is your decision whether you want to attend practice, they are not mandatory!

There will be no practice on Friday July 2nd and Monday July 5th iin observance of the 4th of July holiday.  In addition, there will be no practice July 12 and 13th as prelim meets are these days.  The last day of practice will be Friday July 23rd.

Ideally swimmers should arrive 10 minutes prior to practice to stretch.  Please also have your swimmer dressed in their swimsuit.  We also strongly recommend caps and goggles.  Another suggestion is to label their equipment.

Please come to your appropriate time as swimmers are split equally between the sessions.  We don't want to overload one of our practices.  

Weather Policy
Practice will be held unless it is thundering or lightening.  During cold or inclement weather, the coaches will decide whether it is appropriate to be in the water.  If not, they will hold a dry land practice where the kids will stretch, do sit ups/push ups, goal setting, etc.  If in doubt, please check the pool gate for a posted sign.  It is ultimately your decision whether or not to attend practice.
